Our client, a property management organization specializing in regulated housing, is seeking an Associate Regional Property Manager to join their growing team in California. This is an onsite, developmental role supporting a portfolio of mobile home communities and working closely with senior regional leadership. - Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 based on experience

In this role, you’ll support the operational performance and regulatory compliance of multiple California mobile home communities. You’ll partner with senior leadership to conduct site visits, review financials, and help ensure communities are operating in alignment with California Mobile home Residency Law. This position plays a key role in maintaining consistent standards, strong documentation, and effective issue resolution across the portfolio.
Responsibilities include:- Conducting regular site visits and preparing detailed inspection reports
- Supporting compliance with California Mobile home Residency Law and internal policies
- Assisting with budgeting, financial reviews, and vendor tracking
- Supporting resident issue escalation, follow-up, and documentation discipline
- Collaborating with senior leadership on operational priorities across communities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of property management experience
- Background as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager preferred
- Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio environment
- Interest in growing into a regional-level property management role
