Project Manager – Ground-Up Commercial Construction — Tustin, CA

Are you ready to take the lead on high-profile ground-up commercial projects in the $20M–$50M range? Our client, a well-established general contractor in Tustin, is looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering standout projects.

• Run complex commercial projects — manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Drive communication between owners, architects, engineers, and project teams to keep projects moving smoothly
• Mentor and lead project engineers and field staff while fostering a safety- and quality-first culture
• Monitor costs, progress, and performance, and make adjustments to stay on track

• 5–10+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects as a full Project Manager
• Proven success on projects in the $20M–$50M range
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
• Natural leader and communicator who can build strong relationships and keep teams aligned
