Our client, a well-established property management company in the manufactured housing space, is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of mobile home communities across California. This is a hands-on, operational leadership role supporting on-site teams and ensuring strong financial, regulatory, and operational performance. - Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 salary, based on experience

In this role, you’ll be actively involved in the operations of multiple California mobile home communities, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and strong site-level leadership. You’ll partner closely with on-site managers, conduct audits, review financials, and help drive consistent standards across the portfolio. This position plays a key role in protecting the integrity of the communities while supporting long-term operational success.
Responsibilities- Overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned mobile home communities
- Conducting regular site audits and operational reviews
- Ensuring compliance with California MRL, rent control regulations, and Fair Housing laws
- Preparing annual budgets and reviewing monthly financial statements
- Monitoring operational performance and addressing issues proactively
- Supervising, coaching, and developing on-site property management teams
- Maintaining disciplined operational and regulatory compliance standards
- 4+ years of property management experience
- Experience managing multiple properties or complex operations
- Strong operational oversight and site audit capability
- Proven knowledge of MRL, rent control, and Fair Housing compliance
- Experience preparing budgets and reviewing monthly financials for your properties
- Supervisory experience managing and developing on-site managers
- Hands-on, detail-oriented management style
