• Hyundai dealership experience is required
• Minimum 5 years of Hyundai Sales Management experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead a successful sales team with measurable performance results
  
  Deep understanding of Hyundai programs, incentives, systems, and retail metrics
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
• Must demonstrate professionalism, ethical decision‑making, and customer‑centric values
