Salesforce Business Analyst

Compensation:
This job is expected to pay about $60–$70 per hour W2

What You’ll Do:- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional needs
- Translate business processes into user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and platform updates
- Participate in recurring release activities, including validation and testing efforts
- Develop reports, dashboards, and process documentation to support business visibility
- Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in a Salesforce environment
- Hands‑on Salesforce experience, ideally within Sales Cloud
- Ability to confidently engage with non‑technical stakeholders, including Directors and senior leaders
- Experience writing user stories and supporting testing cycles
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured release environment
