Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on IT & Facilities Support Technician to support our offices with light IT work, equipment setup, basic handyman tasks, deliveries, and day-to-day operational support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, staying active, and being the go-to person who helps keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and set up computers, tablets, printers, phones, and office equipment.
- Assist with WiFi, logins, software updates, and basic IT issues.
- Perform light handyman work (minor repairs, mounting, assembling furniture).
- Support office setup, moves, and organization.
- Assist with deliveries and supply transport between location.
- Provide light day porter and facilities support as needed.
- Comfortable with basic technology and troubleshooting.
- Handy, reliable, and proactive.
- Able to lift/move equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong follow-through.
Pay: $22–$26/hour
