A nonprofit organization in Tustin, CA, is seeking a Recovery Navigator to provide therapeutic services to homeless individuals. This role includes facilitating recovery groups, developing individualized recovery plans, and maintaining proper documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience or education in counseling and a compassionate approach to client care. A solid understanding of The Salvation Army's mission and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

Pay rate is between $22.00 and $24.00 per hour.
