What You’ll Do- Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing.
- Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
- Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters.
- Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.
- J.D. from a respected law school; active California Bar membership.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, or both.
- Strong document drafting and transaction management skills.
- Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.
