• Three signed letters of recommendation (student teaching evaluations not acceptable)
• Copies of all college transcripts (Unofficial copies are acceptable for application purposes, however, original transcripts will be required if hired.)
• A copy of a valid California Education Specialist Instruction Mild/Moderate credential(s) with an English Learner Authorization and Autism Authorization.
• Proof of TB clearance (cannot be older than 60 days from your application date).
• Fingerprint clearance - submit a copy of the Live Scan fingerprint receipt for the clearing house. Clearing house fingerprinting should be completed through the Orange County Department of Education, 200 Kalmus Drive, Costa Mesa. Call  to schedule an appointment.
