Overview
The Compliance Officer provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the University’s enterprise-wide compliance program. Reporting to the Chief Audit Executive, the Compliance Officer ensures institutional adherence to all federal, state, local, and internal regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and regulatory awareness. This position develops and maintains compliance frameworks, oversees investigations, coordinates compliance risk management activities, monitors regulatory changes, and strengthens policy governance processes across the University.
The Compliance Officer plays a key role in advancing operational effectiveness and institutional readiness.
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or J.D. preferred.
