Essential Job Duties
Partial Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Teach elementary pedagogy and content courses
- Teach program and departmental courses, including seminars and orientation
- Serve as Coordinator of Field Based Experiences to include the placement of supervision of student interns and pre-clinical students
- Conduct research and scholarly pursuits within the department
- Perform service activities to include advisement and committee assignments
- Participate in structured real-world experiences in P-12 school setting(s)
- Attend regular departmental and School meetings
- Serve on Committees
- Other duties as assigned
Doctorate in Elementary Education. Successful teaching experience at the P-12 level and teaching experience within a multicultural environment.
