Overview
Tuskegee University seeks a visionary, collaborative, and results-driven academic leader to serve as Dean of the Andrew
F. Brimmer College of Business and Information Science. Reporting to the Provost, the Dean will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership for the College’s AACSB-accredited business programs and its computer science offerings. The Dean will be responsible for advancing academic excellence, faculty development, student success, and external engagement while strengthening the College’s historic mission of economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and workforce preparation.

Roleand Priorities
The Dean will lead the College in building strong corporate and community partnerships, expanding experiential learning and research opportunities, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance teaching, scholarship, and industry relevance. As the chief academic and administrative officer of the College, the Dean will guide strategic planning, resource management, accreditation efforts, fundraising, and program innovation to position the Brimmer College of Business and Information Science as a national model for business and technology education within an HBCU context and in the global marketplace.
