Lot Coordinator
Long-Lewis is seeking a highly motivated Lot Coordinator to help maintain the organization, appearance, and efficiency of our vehicle lot and customer‑facing areas. This individual plays a vital role in creating a great first impression for customers by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The Lot Coordinator is responsible for organizing vehicle inventory on the lot to optimize space, maintaining a spotless lot appearance, and supporting routine operational tasks.
Additional responsibilities include restocking drinks and snacks in customer lounge areas, assisting with dealership presentation, and completing various assigned duties as needed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of energy and a strong work ethic
- Ability to maneuver vehicles safely in tight or confined spaces
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
