ResponsibilitiesRun a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with leadership to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, help set their goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction. Oversee hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future-facing team.
QualificationsPrevious General Manager experience running high‑volume locations is required. A background in quick‑service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older to qualify for a manager position in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
