• Active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Alabama LPN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; long-term care (LTC) nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedule in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status, progress, and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote their well-being
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to facility policies and healthcare regulations
