Job TitleCustomer Service Representative I / Admin Support I – Red Bay Quarry, Red Bay, Alabama
Job DescriptionPosition reports to the Area Controller. Successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, intuitive problem‑solving skills, and drive to meet organizational needs.
Job Details- Wages start at $21.00, based on verifiable experience.
- Full‑time / Permanent
- Must be flexible to support Tuscumbia and Red Bay locations.
- Weekend work may be required.
- Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits.
- Manage front desk and greet visitors.
- Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service.
- Become an iProcurement Super User.
- Take and input customer orders.
- Dispatch products and material for delivery.
- Enter requisitions for purchase orders.
- Process incoming invoices from vendors.
- Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division.
- Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, payroll, etc.
- Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities.
- Order and maintain inventory for office and safety supplies.
- May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties.
- High school diploma required.
- Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing related tasks – preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multi‑task.
