Customer Service Representative I / Admin Support I – Red Bay Quarry, Red Bay, Alabama

Job Description

Position reports to the Area Controller. Successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, intuitive problem‑solving skills, and drive to meet organizational needs.

Job Details
  • Wages start at $21.00, based on verifiable experience.
  • Full‑time / Permanent
  • Must be flexible to support Tuscumbia and Red Bay locations.
  • Weekend work may be required.
  • Overtime available along with extensive medical and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk and greet visitors.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service.
  • Become an iProcurement Super User.
  • Take and input customer orders.
  • Dispatch products and material for delivery.
  • Enter requisitions for purchase orders.
  • Process incoming invoices from vendors.
  • Promote team atmosphere at location and across the division.
  • Assist in processing paperwork for corporate accounting systems such as accounts payable, payroll, etc.
  • Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities.
  • Order and maintain inventory for office and safety supplies.
  • May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Prior experience with accounts payable, general accounting, and billing related tasks – preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multi‑task.
