CDL Class A or B Truck Driver; Tuscaloosa

Circular Services is looking for a Class A CDL driver operating primarily tractor trailers. The successful candidate must be self‑motivated, a self‑starter, and take driver responsibility very seriously. There is growth potential with this position.

• Operate vehicle in accordance with OSHA and DOT requirements, as well as all local, state and federal laws
• Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections and document utilizing the standard DVR
• Deliver quality customer service and interaction at the utmost professional level
• Record and maintain daily customer delivery tickets
• Communicate customer requests and/or service interruptions to Operations staff
• Forklift operations are required

• A valid Class A or B Commercial Drivers License
• Must be 21 years of age
• At least three (3) years of experience driving commercial routes, preferably in the recycling or waste management industry.
• Successfully complete pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical and 7‑year background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle review
• Must be able to verify and maintain accurate daily records
• Strong customer service skills
• Be able to lift up to 65 lbs. and push/pull 200 lb. recycling containers
