✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Clinical Director at Tuscaloosa Juvenile Detention Center (S.O.A.R.) in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.✨
What you will doThe Clinical Director is primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.
To be considered you shouldBe empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect. Must have a Masters Degree and a current state licensure in LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Be at least 21 years of age. Have a desire to work with at-risk youth. Be able to pass a criminal background check, child abuse registry, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule5 days on/2 days off, forty hours per week. Monday-Friday, however schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances.

QualificationsRequired 5 years
related experience specifically pertaining to the needs of students placed through the Juvenile Justice System and their families (clinical services, consultation, evaluation, etc.).
