Compensation: $30,000 per year base + Commission + Spiffs
Work Hours:
7am - 5pm with some evenings
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday and every other weekend
Must be available for evenings and weekends as work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customers, presentation times and seasonality.
EssentialJob Duties
- Meeting with customers in their homes
- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs
- Educating customers on HVAC replacement equipment and indoor air quality products
- Duct sizing & Load Calculations for HVAC equipment
- Clear and concise communication with the company s customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Ensure parts are ordered and any specialized ducting needs are communicated to the fabricator
- Build long-term successful client relationships
- 2+ years consultative sales experience
- Advanced customer service & follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Ability to use modern technology
- Motivated by closing sales and commission
- Able to work evenings & weekends as needed
- In-home sales experience desired
- HVAC / Construction / Electrical experience desired
- Valid driver s license and insurable driving record
