Position Summary: A Part-Time Sales Associate drives sales and customer relationships through excellent customer service and selling techniques. Responsibilities include product merchandising, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. Key focus areas are customer service, sales, and teamwork.

• Display basic fashion and trend knowledge; sell appropriate merchandise while maintaining DTLR standards and building customer relationships.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Present a positive, energetic, and outgoing impression to customers, demonstrating enthusiasm for the job and company.
• Follow all company policies and embrace service training and product programs.
• Ensure visual standards are met, daily restocking is completed, and appropriate size runs are maintained per visual directions.
• Help prevent theft by employees and customers.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.
• Assist in store organization as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed, the associate should be able to perform all duties satisfactorily. Requirements include:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent command of English for communication with management, customers, and staff.
• Basic fashion and trend knowledge; enthusiasm for working with customers.
• Problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and interpersonal skills for customer service, inventory, and store maintenance.

• Stand for extended periods; lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work extended hours during critical phases; adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation required.
