Your Role
As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.
Your Responsibilities- You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience. You help Store Leadership maximize business opportunities to drive KPI results.
- You are a people leader: you motivate and inspire the team through our core values, model leadership, and uphold service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room.
- You have an eye for talent and a love of training: you recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. You train and develop associates to deliver outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
- You know that teamwork makes the dream work: you set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
- You are a visual and operational innovator: you execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. You ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and meet Brand Standards.
- You uphold integrity: you maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, follow company policies and do the right thing every day.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have retail management experience leading teams.
- You can multi-task with strong attention to detail, priority-setting and time management.
- You have business acumen.
