American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift MICU position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent ICU experience.
Responsibilities- Work in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
- 13-week contract assignment
- Orientation hours included as part of onboarding
- Uses Meditech EMR system
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rates with no mileage restrictions
- All ICU RNs must take a cardiac exam after offer acceptance, with a limited completion window
- Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules; no Health Stream modules required before start
- Timekeeping system is Centricity
- Active AL or compact RN license required at time of consideration; no pending or temporary licenses accepted
- No previous or current disciplinary actions ('NO Hits') on license allowed
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of recent ICU experience
- Must complete on-site and online ICU testing as required
- Current resume, full SSN, recent references, license verification, and driver's license required for consideration
