Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift MICU position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) setting

• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00

• 13-week contract assignment

• Orientation hours included as part of onboarding

• Uses Meditech EMR system

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rates with no mileage restrictions

• All ICU RNs must take a cardiac exam after offer acceptance, with a limited completion window

• Virtual orientation includes competency-based modules; no Health Stream modules required before start

• Timekeeping system is Centricity

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required at time of consideration; no pending or temporary licenses accepted

• No previous or current disciplinary actions ('NO Hits') on license allowed

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year of recent ICU experience

• Must complete on-site and online ICU testing as required

• Current resume, full SSN, recent references, license verification, and driver's license required for consideration
