Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Renal position on a day shift requiring an active AL or compact license and recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry Renal unit (4 South)

• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00

• 13-week contract assignment

• Patient population includes renal and med/surg telemetry cases

• Uses Meditech EMR

• No restrictions for local candidates

• Competency-based virtual orientation modules are provided

• On-site and online tests required only for ICU and ED RNs

• Cardiac Exam required post-offer, with exam link sent within 48 hours and completion required within 24 hours

• Timekeeping is managed through Centricity

Requirements

• Active AL or compact RN license required at the time of consideration (no pending or temporary licenses accepted)

• No past or current license infractions permitted

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year recent in med/surg tele specialty

• Must be able to provide documentation including license verification, SSN, government , and professional references
