Job Summary

• Seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care
• Responsible for monitoring patient progress, administering treatment, and communicating with medical teams and families
• Requires ability to respond effectively to emergencies and adapt care plans as needed
• Must ensure accurate documentation and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations

• Evaluate and monitor patient progress and response to treatments
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s condition and take appropriate action
• Communicate regularly with doctors, patients, and family members regarding patient status
• Begin treatment and administer medications, monitoring dosages carefully
• Respond to medical emergencies and alert appropriate healthcare providers when necessary
• Complete required documentation prior to patient transfers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Develop and implement individualized, effective care plans based on patient needs

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Proficiency in using Epic electronic medical record system
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure

• Experience in acute or critical care settings
