Shift: Med Surg/Telemetry – 7N
Start Date: ASAP

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients
• Monitor, assess, and record patient vital signs and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

• AHA or Red Cross BLS (Basic Life Support) required

• Active Alabama RN license or Compact State License
• No temporary licenses accepted
• Must be verifiable via NURSYS

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Will consider candidates with 18 months of experience under a full professional license
• At least 1 year in the specialty (Med Surg/Telemetry) required
