. This is a confidential posting; employer details will be shared with qualified candidates.
- Advocate for patients and families, maintaining privacy and confidentiality
- Perform nursing assessments and diagnoses
- Deliver plan-based care with a focus on continuous improvement
- 2+ years recent ER acute care experience
- Registered Nurse license in Florida (or able to obtain)
- Current BLS required; ACLS preferred (required within 6 months)
- BSN preferred
- Strong teamwork and patient care skills
