Were seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care to patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced clinical assessment. If you thrive in a collaborative environment that values autonomy, teamwork, and patient-centered care, this role is for you.

• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining strict confidentiality

• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and care instructions

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage treatment independently

• Deliver high-acuity, high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• Collaborate closely with a supportive and skilled multidisciplinary team

• Active RN license in Florida (or ability to obtain before starting)

• 1+ year of recent CVICU acute care RN experience

• BLS required

• ACLS required within 6 months of hire

• BSN preferred

• CCRN is a plus; must be obtained within 2 years

• NIHSS certification required within 30 days
