Talented Medical Solutions (TMS) is seeking an experienced MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a Respiratory Unit travel assignment in Tuscaloosa, AL. This 42-bed unit specializes in both acute and chronic respiratory conditions, while also caring for patients with GI issues, diabetes, stroke, and post-surgical needs.

Nurses on this unit typically manage a 1:6 ratio, with an 8-bed respiratory step-down unit at a 1:4 ratio. Interdisciplinary team rounds occur daily to support patient care and collaboration. Flexibility is required, as RNs must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed.

Active Alabama RN License or Compact RN License (no temporary licenses accepted)

Current NURSYS verification

Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)

Current AHA or Red Cross BLS

Minimum 2 years of experience (will consider 18 months with at least 1 year in specialty)

36 or 48 hours per week accepted

Every other weekend & holidays required

Float required across units and hospitals
