Position Summary: Join the DCH Health System as a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical‑Surgical/Telemetry. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment, providing quality patient care while gaining valuable experience across multiple units.

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients
• Monitor, assess, and record patient vital signs and progress
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Certifications: AHA or Red Cross BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• Licensure: Active Alabama RN license or Compact State License; must be verifiable via NURSYS; no temporary licenses accepted
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience; at least 1 year in Med Surg/Telemetry specialty; candidates with 18 months of experience under a full professional license may be considered
