RN Emergency Dept – Talented Medical Solutions

• Location: Tuscaloosa, AL
• Shift: Mids, 3:00 pm – 3:00 am
• Hours: Option for 36 or 48 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Deliver patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Department setting
• Triage, assess, and provide interventions for patients with varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with ED physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary staff to stabilize and treat patients
• Float to other units and hospitals when required, maintaining adaptability and teamwork
• Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital standards

• Active RN license (Alabama or compact)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS (PALS/TNCC preferred depending on facility needs)
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of ED nursing strongly preferred
• Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed
