Travel Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Location: Alabama

Shift: 36 or 48 hours/week | Holidays as needed | Every other weekend

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN to join the General Surgical Unit at a leading medical center in Alabama. This 32-bed unit is dedicated to providing outstanding post-operative care with a strong focus on pain management, mobility, bedside procedures, and patient-centered healing environments.

This position requires flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to float to other units and hospitals when needed. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians, hospitalists, and surgeons to ensure top-quality care for every patient.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher)
• Active Registered Nurse license in Alabama or compact state (no temp licenses accepted)
• AHA BLS certification (or Red Cross equivalent)
• Registered in NURSYS
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (will consider candidates with 18 months and 1+ year in specialty)
