CDL Vac Truck Operator

Base Pay Range

$21.00/hr — $23.00/hr

• Drive & operate industrial vacuum trucks & hydroblasting machines for hazardous & non-hazardous cleanups.
• Perform daily check‑ups, routine maintenance, and minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot on‑site to keep jobs moving.
• Follow all health & safety protocols while working around heavy machinery and hazardous materials.
• Travel to various industrial job sites and be ready for on‑call 24/7 shifts.
• Lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and high elevations (up to 250 feet).
• Decontaminate equipment after each job to meet safety and company standards.

• 21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to perform hands‑on, active work that involves lifting up to 70 pounds, climbing, and working in demanding environments.
• Mechanical aptitude – ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
• Willing to travel and work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• On‑call 24/7 availability – industrial cleaning doesn’t wait!
• Ability to read, write, and follow safety procedures.
• Pass medical screenings & drug tests (pre‑employment, random, and annual).
• Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
