Water Blast Technician – C&H Industrial Services

We’re hiring a hands‑on, safety‑conscious Industrial Cleaning Technician to handle high‑pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy‑duty equipment to keep job sites clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Base pay: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr growth opportunities included.

• Operate high‑pressure hydroblasting and industrial vacuuming equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; PPE usage required.
• Tackle jobs in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and high elevations.
• Operate 24/7 schedule; availability on weekends, holidays, and overtime required.
• Collaborate with team members to complete each job safely and efficiently.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
• Maintain equipment; report damage or malfunctions promptly.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Pass pre‑employment, random, and annual medical screening and drug tests.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 70 pounds, climb, and work in demanding environments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean‑shaven at all times for respirator use.
