Insurance Sales Representatives Wanted - Farmers Insurance Team in Central Alabama. The Farmers Insurance Team in Northern Alabama is seeking motivated Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We support over 30 agents throughout the area, providing Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance to help protect our clients and their assets.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $ per year
- Commission Only
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000

Experience:

Willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses - Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in retail sales or similar environments is advantageous
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively for informed decision-making
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
