The Room Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, providing prompt and courteous services, and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The role focuses on delivering a positive guest experience by maintaining a clean and hospitable environment.

• Enjoy interacting with guests and providing excellent customer service.
• Are self-starters with a proactive approach to tasks.
• Work well independently and as part of a team to ensure a positive guest experience.

• Provide cleaning and turnover of guest rooms and public spaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to their needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area as part of daily duties when required.
• Monitor and replenish supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assist with inventory control and place orders as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned and present a professional image at all times.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience in housekeeping, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
