You work in schools to support students with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges, making sure they can shine in class, on the playground, and beyond. Think of yourself as a coach, cheerleader, and problem-solver rolled into one.

• Check Things Out
  :
  Assess kids’ skills like writing, cutting, or sensory processing to see what they need help with.

• Make a Plan
  :
  Create fun, tailored goals for students through IEPs or 504 Plans to boost their school success.

• Get Hands-On
  :
  Lead therapy sessions (one-on-one or in groups) with activities to improve motor skills, self-care, or focus.

• Team Up
  :
  Chat with teachers, parents, and school staff to share tips and tricks that help kids thrive.

• Gear Up
  :
  Suggest cool tools like special pencils, seating, or tech to make school tasks easier.

• Keep Records
  :
  Jot down progress notes and stay on top of paperwork to keep everything legit.

• Share the Know-How
  :
  Teach school staff and families how to support kids’ skills at school and home.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree – either a master’s degree or a clinical doc
• Excellent organizational skills
• Adaptability and welcome change
• Strong collaboration skills
• Good documentation and writing skills
• Great personalities and people skills
