The Student Mentorship Program Manager provides strategic development, operational execution, and ongoing improvement of mentorship initiatives under the LEAD program. Connects business students with peers, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals. Plans, implements, and evaluates LEAD mentoring and supports the ongoing development of LEAD coaching. Supervises student assistants and program ambassadors. Develops and distributes marketing materials to recruit and retain mentors and mentees.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master’s degree and two (2) years of experience. - Skills and Knowledge: Excellent organization and people skills. Ability to think creatively and critically. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and with various groups of people. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to develop and work with a team. Sound judgement, discretion, and ability to use independent judgement.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree and two (2) years of experience in higher education. Experience with mentoring.
