We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to oversee clinical and developmental activities at Blo Go Salon + Med Spa. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering high‑quality medical aesthetics services, and supporting strategic growth.

• Clinical Oversight – supervise all clinical operations, perform treatments, and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Regulatory Compliance – update protocols, maintain documentation, and train staff in local, state, and federal regulations.
• Leadership & Team Management – mentor medical and administrative personnel, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing education.
• Patient Consultations – review and approve treatment plans, consult on complex cases, and align with medical guidelines.
• Business Strategy – participate in strategic planning, technology investments, and business growth initiatives.
• Continuing Education – complete required CE and advanced training techniques for all services.

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with active state medical license.
• Board‑certified in Aesthetic Medicine.
• Extensive experience with injectables, laser treatments, and non‑surgical aesthetic procedures.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build consensus, represent practice interests, and manage compliance.
