Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage ) (T1304) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs when they require assistance.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including frequently lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable and prompt attendance.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
