Job Type: Full Time

The RN provides high‑quality, safe, cost‑effective, total nursing care to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, and Infection Control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care. Responsibilities include coordination and planning of patient care within the prescribed medical regime, administering medications safely and timely per hospital policy, performing hospital incident command system duties during emergencies, and knowing the hospital’s emergency codes and procedures.

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing Program
• Hold a current California RN license
• Have current BLS certification
• Complete basic arrhythmia course within six months of hire
• Obtain ACLS certification within one year of hire

• Must obtain ACLS within one year of hire
