Multiple temporary hourly-intermittent Student Assistant positions available in Biological Sciences.

Position available on or after December 8, 2025 and ending on or before May 31, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.

• Responsibly drive students to field trip destinations.
• Be conscientious and concerned for the safety of the students which are being transported.
• Complete and pass a two-hour online Defensive Driving course.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrates the ability to be responsible and mature individual.
• It is preferred, but not required, that the incumbent be working towards a Biological Sciences degree.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be over 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License.
• Must show proof of a good driving record.
• Must have passed online Defensive Driving Course.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.

$16.50 per hour
