Multiple temporary hourly‑intermittent work study student assistant positions in the College of Education Student Success and Recruitment Center.
Start DatePositions available on or after February 1, 2026 and ending on or before May 22, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
Job Description / DutiesDuties include but are not limited to:
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including responding to Stan State emails, office phone calls, and conveying information to appropriate contacts.
- Provide general office support such as printing, making copies, scanning documents, organizing files, and other office support as needed.
- Relay any concerns about students to the appropriate individual(s).
- Collaborate with students, staff and faculty within the College of Education, Kinesiology, and Social Work Create flyers, videos, and posters for department needs.
- Manage department social media platforms.
- Assist with coordinating, promoting, and facilitating department‑hosted events.
- Conduct outreach events such as tabling, presentations, and workshops.
- Attend events within Stan State six service counties.
- Serve as a department representative at University events as needed.
- Participate in department meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
$16.90 per hour.
