Overview
Part-Time Lecturer(s) Pool in Management. The Department of Management, Operations, and Marketing invites applications for a pool of part-time teaching appointments. Candidates selected will teach one or some combination of courses in Management. This position is contingent upon the availability of authorized funding.
Minimum QualificationsA Master’s degree in Management or a closely related field, and five years of relevant professional experience; or a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field and a recent record of scholarship published in peer‑reviewed journals or five years of relevant professional experience.

CompensationCommensurate with qualifications and experience. As a member of the 23-campus CSU System, the university offers a competitive benefits package. Newly hired lecturers with terminal degrees are placed in Range 3; others are normally placed in Range
2. Starting salaries are usually at or near the minimum of the range. Salaries are prorated based on the number of units assigned and paid in six monthly payments for each full semester. Salary ranges for CSU Lecturers (Academic Year) are described in the official schedules.
The Department of Management, Operations, and Marketing offers concentrations in Management (Human Resources, International Business, and Strategy/Entrepreneurship tracks), Operations Management, and Marketing. The department is part of the College of Business Administration, an AACSB‑accredited program. The College offers a Master of Business Administration degree, an Executive MBA, and an Online Master of Business degree.
