Job Description:

As a Sales Executive with a sales background, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by spearheading sales efforts, fostering client relationships, and expanding our client base within the intellectual property industry. Leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and client insights to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and industry conferences. Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing sales effectively by working closely with other departments such as operation and legal.
  • Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contract terms, pricing, and service agreements. Overcome objections and handle objections effectively to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing assigned accounts.
  • Due diligence. Study clients' portfolios, manage and handle all correspondence related to any kind of IP services for each client.
  • Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for potential clients and present the firm's services effectively.
  • Address any concerns or questions from clients and focus on enhancing clients' IP portfolios and market positioning.
  • To keep up to date with professional and technical knowledge, wherever possible, by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
  • To ensure all client's data is maintained and updated.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development or related fields.
    • Fluency in English and Turkish.
    • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the intellectual property or legal services industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication in English language, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive.
