We are looking for a results-driven ‘Field Sales Executive’ to a chieve sales targets, enhance execution quality, and build strong customer relationships.
What We Expect- Realizing monthly volume & revenue targets
- Following up and directing the team to increase the penetration of CCI products
- Enhancing the quality of execution by increasing RED and SOVI scores
- Developing and increasing sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets
- Supporting distributors and the team to develop the competencies
- Visiting specified customers in his/her region/channel regularly
- Developing sales and execute customer engagement based on before and after sales services
- Creating strong and sustainable customer relationships
- Identifying the execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them
- Providing all the necessary sales, execution, and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers
- Effective cooler management (placement, efficiency, and verification scores)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Economics or Industrial-Management Engineering is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience at FMCG sector (Food/Beverage industry experience preferred)
- Good command of the English language,
- Willing to locate in Istanbul
- Demonstrated ability to lead people
