* YOU WILL BE:

**** As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales experience.

You will work on-site in your assigned store and report to the Store General Manager or to the Director, Sales Experience.

* WHAT YOU WILL DO:

***** Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
* Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
* Collaborate with partners.
* Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies.
* Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
* Work nights, weekends, and holidays.

**** SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS**:
** The starting salary for this position is between $80,000 – $90,000 annually.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
