As a Real Estate Agent, you will guide clients throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and successful buying or selling experience.

• Leading clients through viewing tours and informing about the key features of property
• Offering guidance on the investment potential and suitability of properties
• Giving information about purchase offers to clients
• Analyzing clients’ preferences and financial situation to recommend the best options
• Informing clients on current market trends, pricing strategies, mortgage options, and legal processes
• Preparing all essential documentation and agreements
• Following real estate market developments to provide accurate advice
• Creating comprehensive property lists including photos, specifications, and locations
• Ensuring contracts are accurate and all conditions are properly met

• Strong communication abilities,
• Proactive mindset and strong team collaboration
• Being goal orientated and ambitious,
• Interest in pursuing a long-term career with us
• Basic proficiency with the Internet, Windows, and MS Office
• Flexible availability and adaptable schedule
• A valid driver’s license
• Fluency in both Polish and English

Monday - Friday | 08:30 - 18:00
Saturday | 10:00 - 15:00
