Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Marketing Lead who shares the same passion and will develop and execute our marketing strategy, lead the team and deliver outstanding results to our global marketing efforts.

• Provide guidance to marketing department members by evaluating and developing marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies to build brand awareness in the target markets and drive product penetration in each market.
• Develop and execute marketing action plans for each product.
• Lead marketing communications, event marketing and social media marketing.
• Lead, analyze and improve digital marketing and performance marketing activities.
• Lead, analyze and improve SEO and content marketing efforts for each of our brands.
• Effectively manage marketing spend and continuously improve RoI.
• Build a high performing, highly motivated and winner marketing team.
• Communicate marketing plans with the entire organization.

• Native‑like written and spoken English.
• Good command of MS Office applications.
• Strong structured thinking, strategy development and execution skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
