Location: Tuzla, İstanbul
What You’ll Do- Lead and supervise front‑line supervisors depending on location and associates in outbound or inbound operations in a Fulfillment Centre.
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operation.
- Strategic planning and forecasting; assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, and resolve problems.
- Mentor, train and develop the Area Managers and indirect reports.
- Standard Operating Procedures development and roll‑out.
- Maintain high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
- Think strategically and execute methodically.
- Lead teams and communicate with senior leadership.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
- Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge.
- Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality.
- Clearly communicate data insights to others.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience, with 2+ years in management in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
- Experience in B2B and B2C shipping and cargo operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Drive process improvements and keep pace with explosive growth while motivating others to meet deadline‑driven challenges.
- Prior experience or use of Lean/Six Sigma.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English and Turkish.
- Familiarity with WMS systems.
